We had run a state-wide campaign for My FM to promote their online property exhibition ’My Virtual Real Estate Fair’. The targeted cities were Jaipur, Indore, Nagpur, and Bhopal. The campaign showed a positive response in terms of greater participation and an increase in registrations from the interested customers.
The major challenge was the virtual selling of the real estate property during the lockdown. The virtual engagement of the buyers was quite difficult. As actual site visits were not possible, there was difficulty in the conversion of the leads.
The major opportunity was identified with the virtual property expo when more than 70+ builders associated with it. Around 2000 site visits were done virtually. Thus, with our focussed digital marketing strategy, a good business was generated and many leads were converted into potential sales.
